Equity
We will work to ensure that every individual has the resources, equipment, and opportunities needed to create equal experiences for all.
We provide uniform experiences for everyone through a range of bicycles to meet each individual’s needs. Our volunteers are provided training and education to meet their individual needs to ensure a positive and equal experience for everyone when providing rides.
Diversity
We recognize that, although people have things in common with each other, they are also different in many ways.
Our Board Members, Volunteers and Riders are from different backgrounds. Each team member brings fresh ideas, stories, and perceptions into our world, adding value to our rides and working environment. We believe the diversity of our Board Members, Volunteers and Riders enables us to respond to and reflect the individuals and communities we serve.
Inclusion
We will encourage and champion an environment that allows people to be themselves where differences are valued.
Inclusive leadership, language and actions help ensure people feel involved, respected and connected in the community. The greater the mix of people, the greater the mix of skills, experiences, perspectives and ideas that can be can be drawn and built upon.

No individual will be unjustly discriminated against because of race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, sexual orientation, or physical or mental disability.
This policy applies to all Board Members, volunteers, visitors, riders and vendors. Reporting discrimination or non-compliance to this policy on any grounds is welcome and encouraged.
